MindSet is the complete programme for knowing, mapping and building better human networks. The full programme includes both node and link development.

Organisations at work are essentially networks of minds - MindNets. The module uses the UK’s No.1 network mapping tool to visualise the human networks we live in. MindNet Maps provide a X-ray view of real relationships, making the previously invisible - visible.

Actions and behaviour are driven by our thinking - our MindSoftware. This module focuses on node development through understanding teams and organisations as networks in order to create future robust, high performing networks. The workshopincludes content from Nobel Prize winners in cognitive neuroscience, neuro -economics, game theory, graph & network theory - all explained in practical and simple ways.

Module includes 3 elements.

> MindController / controlling your own mind and influencing others

> DecisionMaker / overcoming bounded rationality, biases & misperceptions

> SelfKnower / increasing self awareness and courage to change network structure.

The most important thing is not human capital but social capital - not minds per se but the relationships between minds - the MindSpace. This final module focuses on link development- building the network. MindSpace is a combination of modern team building, bonding and development to improve links, collaboration and performance. Leadership and key person development is also available.
